Sherman G. Lord
With over twenty
years of experience as a clinical audiologist and special equipment
distributor, Mr. Lord has developed a unique blend of product
knowledge, applications expertise and troubleshooting skills. He is
well-known for providing excellent training on the operation and
application of audiological test instumentation. Mr. Lord is Board
Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a
Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. He served as Treasurer
for the Pennsylvania Speech-Language-Hearing Association from
1994-1996, two terms as Vice-President of Education for the
Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology and will be President of the
Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology in 2005.. In addition, he has
lectured at several universities and has been an adjunct professor
at the College of New Jersey in Trenton. He is also a past president
of (NASED) the
National Association of Special Equipment Distributors .
Chuck Comitto
With his unique background in electronics
and electronic engineering, Mr. Comitto's experience is in the areas
of special audiological instruments, computer-related audiologic
products and hearing aids. In addition, he has over 30 years of
experience as a special instruments distributor. He is a member of
the NY Metropolitan Audiology Study Group, has lectured at local
universities and assisted various Doctoral candidates with their
dissertations. Mr. Comitto is the founding President of the National
Association of Special Equipment Distributors
(NASED).
Barbara L. Kurman Au. D.,
FAAA
An acknowledged expert in audiological applications,
Ms. Kurman is Board Certified by the American Academy of Audiology and
ASHA. She has served on the executive Councils of NYSSLHA, NYCSHLA and
the NY Metropolitan Audiology Study Group and
NASED.
In addition, she is a member of the American Auditory Society, ADA,
NJSHA and NJAA. She has lectured extensively on clinical topics
related to audiological technology, and has co-authored a chapter in a
textbook on newborn hearing screening,
Universal Newborn Hearing Screening.
Joseph K. Quartuccio
Founder and President of a special instruments company
prior to co-founding NTG, Mr. Quartuccio is a specialist in space
allocations and audiometric room design utilized by major hospitals
and medical/audiological practices in NY/NJ area. He is also the
inventor of the "Phone Guard", a disposable earphone cushion cover.
Mr. Quartuccio is a member of the American Auditory Society and served
on the Executive Board of
NASED.
