Only ABaer makes it so simple to choose what's right
for each patient. It gives you the flexibility to perform either automated
Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing or Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE)
testing. And, it gives you a wider range of disposables to choose from.

The
GSI AUDIOscreener+
The GSI AUDIOscreener+™ is a revolutionary hearing screening device, combining
the two-in-one technology of otoacoustic emissions (OAE) and auditory brainstem
response (ABR) in a hand-held, PC-free, simple-to-operate device. Its unique
versatility allows it to be used both in hospital and physician office settings.

Interacoustics
OtoRead
The OtoRead is a fast, automatic handheld
OAE instrument for testing newborn babies,
children and adults. Several test protocols are
available using either TE or DP. Actual test results
along
with a Pass or Refer indication are available on the
display as well as in print from a thermal printer.
The user has a choice of three different lengths of
cable from the unit to the probe, providing great fl
exibility to accommodate a variety of testing
situations. Tests may even be performed with the unit
resting in its cradle.

Never before has hearing screening
been this accurate. Never before has a
screening system provided results as
quickly. Never before has a single,
hand-held screening unit included so
many key technologies. And never before
has a unit been so simple to operate
that even non-professionals can learn to
screen after only a few minutes of instruction.
What’s more, AccuScreen
from Madsen interfaces to printers and
PCs for full patient documentation.

ERO-SCANTM
The EROSCAN has been designed for fast
automatic testing of new-born babies, children and adults. It can be used in
hospitals, clinics or medical offices. After a few seconds, the test for one ear
is typically done. The PASS/REFER result, together with the frequency specific
test result (DPOAE 1.5 to 6kHz, TEOAE 0.7 to 4kHz) is shown on the LCD graphical
display. A printout is automatically generated when the EROSCAN is returned to
its cradle.

(with Echocheck compatibility); intuitive graphics
diplay of signal to noise progress and band passes, if required; test
summary table; graphical indication of probe fit and notification of poor
probe fit, high noise and ringing stimulus; a list of the last 300 tests, in
chronological order including ID, name, date of birth, gender and notes;
configurable pass criteria of 6dB SNR in 2 to 4 half octave bands (1-4kHz)
or broadband, plus probe tests and optional user login with password
protection.

Otodynamics Otoport
The clinical Otoport is a powerful
multi-processor handheld instrument delivering clinical quality OAE
measurement and analysis. Combining an ergonomic design with

world-first wireless AEP and OAE system
Amplitrode, the world-first in-situ
pre-amplifier reduces interference from electric and magnetic fields
and vastly improves testing under noisy conditions.
VivoLink, the world-first wireless interface
allows:
the patient - mobility during test session
the infant - to be carried and comforted
the Audiologist - applications impossible with cable connections.
Amplitrode reduces the need to test in
electro-magnetically shielded environments.

OAE Probe
The General-use Probe is external, vented, and
serviceable. It is supplied with all Vivosonic DPOAE/TEOAE systems
and fits almost all ears from infants to adults. All probes are
supplied with an ultra-soft, 2m (6.7 ft) long cable, with clothing
clip. Calibration data are stored in EEPROM in the Probe
connector. The smallest Knowles microphones and powerful mid-size
receivers (speakers) are used; dual-microphone design provides
additional 3 dB of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
Cleaning:
Similar to hearing aid care; with mini-brush, wax remover,
all-purpose pick, single-use sanitizing wipes (starter tool kit and
10 wipes include), with no dismantling or detaching of parts.
Ear tips:
Disposable, soft plastic, Grason Associates single-use type sizes
3-5 taper-shaped, sizes 6-16 mushroom-shaped. 156 Single use ear
tips, 3-13 mm diameter, in 9-compartment clear box with lid starter
kit included.
