MTG offers a wide variety of on-site and off-site equipment calibration and service arrangements to meet the needs of our customers. Each of our field service technicians is a NASED* Certified Audiometric Technician, having passed a rigorous written and practical examination, and is required to obtain annual continuing education hours tomaintain certification. Each also receives ongoing factory training on the latest technological advancements.

Midlantic Technologies Group has a fully equipped, state-of-the-art equipment facility lab to repair and service instruments that cannot be serviced or repaired on site.

Free loaner equipment available to Service Contract customers:
If an instrument has to be removed from your facility for servicing, we provide a loaner instrument at no charge during the time your instrument is being repaired.**
