Bob joined the MTG staff in August 2010 after spending the previous six years working with our sister company, Northeastern Technologies Group. He is responsible for sales and general customer support in southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Previously he worked as a sales trainer for Hewlett-Packard. His hobbies include building model cars and repairing vintage high fidelity audio equipment. Bob lives with his wife in Pennsylvania.

Janelle Burdette

Janelle Burdette joins Midlantic Technologies Group as a Clinical Sales Associate with over 12 years of experience as an Audiologist. Janelle earned a Bachelors of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology, a Master of Science in Audiology and a Certificate of Gerontology from West Virginia University. She completed her Audiology clinical fellowship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Martisburg, WV.
Prior to joining Midlantic Technologies Group, Janelle was a successful Clinical Audiologist. She offers a unique blend of clinical experience and equipment know-how. She is particularly sensitive to the practical needs of the current Audiologist.
Presently she is advancing her degree for her Doctorate of Audiology with an anticipated graduation in August 2012. She is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech and Hearing Association and the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology.

Steve Miller*

Steve has been with MTG as a service technician since 2005. He is a graduate of DeVry University with an Associate Degree in computer science and serves as our staff specialist in computer networking and troubleshooting. Steve is now responsible for sales in central Pennsylvania in addition to his duties as a service technician. He resides in Lancaster County with his wife and two children.

David joined our staff in 2007 after several years in the computer industry. That experience has proven to be invaluable in his technician's role since many of our products are now computer- based. He also performs equipment calibration and repair.

Aubrey Upshar*

Aubrey has over 15 years experience as a field service technician in the hearing and balance health care fields. He is the senior member of our service staff covering southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Cindy Rauchut

As the office manager of our Colmar office, Cindy has been with MTG since 2005. She oversees all in-office operations, is our lead customer support person for all matters and handles order entry for supplies and equipment.

Michele Ferrell

Michele is our service department coordinator and is responsible for scheduling all service related field appointments including calibrations. In addition, she orders replacement parts and tracks in-house equipment repairs. She has been with MTG since 2006.
