MedRx REM Speech +

The AVANT REM Speech+ is a combined system, consisting of several modules including real ear measurement with traditional protocols, and binaural live speech mapping, designed to improve the “first fit” experience. The AVANT REM Speech+ is cost effective, has a small footprint, and utilizes today’s proven technology for maximum performance and accuracy. Now, the AVANT REM Speech+ offers HID (Human Interface Device) technology, simply choose any USB port, and your computer will recognize the device instantly upon installation. By eliminating port-specific drivers, installation and operation are more convenient with the AVANT REM Speech+.

AVANT REM Speech+ features DSL (I/O), NAL-NAL1 and NAL-NL2 targets, simultaneous FFT dual probe measurement, blue (L) and red (R) lighted ear indicators, and a hearing loss simulator for 3rd party demonstrations. Test results are automatically stored in NOAH for convenient retrieval and can be printed on any printer. In addition, the AVANT REM Speech+ has an internal speaker amplifier for greater output capability (external power required).
